Contemplating Asgard... Canon Matantei Loki

What do you mean Freyr will have to live under the God House Freyr? Wouldn't any house Freyr lives be a god house since Freyr is a god? Why is Freyr restricted to this one place, and why would Freyr have to live with other people? There is only one god Freyr and that is me, who is this other Freyr?

I don't understand! Maybe Heimdall or Loki could explain it.

It's really quite simple! Duplicates are remarkably common. I've talked to myself a few times in the past.

I confess, though, that you appear...different than I remember. I thought you were... [Big? Blonde? Looks like he could break men with his fists? Sans Yamato Nadeshiko fixation? Spelt his name without that R?] ...rather fond of horned hats.

Duplicates? So... there could be a million Freyr's running around out there!?

Sif? Freyr feels like he's forgetting something.... I'm not sure since Freyr hasn't been to Asgard in a while. There is a mission from Odin assigned to Heimdel, Freyr was told to put a rune on Loki to ban him from the world of the gods. So there hasn't been much for keeping up with home. But then there has been lots of other interesting things.

Forget about people from home! I will tell you of the most beautiful girl in the entire world! Freyr is going to steal her heart like a proper phantom thief and then marry her!

Freyr will have to do tedious meaningless tasks to get back his godhood! No, no, the idea is not appealing at all. That is your place, it will be crowded if it has to be both of us.

The fact that you're a god to begin with is probably the most pressing problem here. [mutter mutter]

If bothers you so much, you can go usurp whichever Freyr is already there. [He can only suggest this because he knows Freyr will fail flamingly.]

That seems a little underhanded though. And it will be hard without any of Freyr's things.

Ah! Freyr will steal the other Freyr's things and use them! As the world famous Phantom Thief Freyr this will be easy to accomplish!

But you are a detective, surly a detective would be placed in your house. Since Freyr is a Phantom Thief there is no doubt that Freyr will go to his own house. [Because all that matters is their current roles, right?]

Unfortunately, I don't think it works that way. I doubt you'd want to live in a house full of thieves, anyway. Phantom or otherwise.

No... regular thieves would not be honorable or refined enough. Phantom Thieves should be alright since they are creative, artistic and honorable. But maybe Freyr should reconsider who he will have to live with.

Freyr could never share a room with a woman! What would Yamato Nadeshik think if she were to find out? Freyr's integrity would be questioned!

This is awful, this is horrible. This is too cruel, what did Freyr do to deserve this?

[Upon closer inspection, it's the suites as a whole that are mixed and not single rooms by themselves, so no one would actually be sharing bedrooms... But Freyr is already running with the idea. Should he even bother trying to correct this.]

I somehow doubt Mayura would think anything in particular. Besides, that's assuming she'll even find out. The chances of her appearing there are questionable.

Even if she was not there, Freyr would wish no ill words reach her pure ears! Apart we may be, but still close in heart.

[Yeah, yeah. He glances over the rest of the housing assignment while Freyr gushes.]

So Freya has a house too... And so does Heimdall. His house is surprisingly popular.

Heimdall? Freyr always knew he could make friends if he tried to be more social!

Even if that were somehow true, I'd have to question his intent. [Like pitching the Loki and Heimdall houses into a recruitment contest or something otherwise obscene. It is true that Loki's house has the least members in comparison... But it's not bothering him, no sirree...]

[Obviously there needs to be such a contest taking place.]

Wouldn't the intent be to have friends? It really would do hi good. He sits around all day thinking up different plans on how to annoy or bother you. Most of them are not very creative though, Freyr has tried to give him ideas before but then he always gets mad. Sometimes it reminds Freyr of a school boy crush.
