With my sire having been one of the oldest Ventrue in Portland, and no Ventrue antitribu other than myself in the Sabbat, I find myself in need of someone versed in Cainite lore.

It's funny, but for all their batshit insanity, Malkavians are the one clan that I've never been betrayed by a member of.

Exactly. Malkavians might make for poor bodyguards, but few can deny their ability as advisers and seers. The hard part is cutting the deranged ramblings from the genuine insight.

Something I'm poorly practiced in, but that's what I have people for.

Rebuilding my contacts in a new city will be the worst part of all this. Relationships take time, after all.

There's this network, you see. Connects everyone. Kinda like Facebook, only without sheep you can throw. I got my job through the network. One stray comment to a total stranger and the next thing I knew, I had a radio show.
