Does yours have the possible deaths of hundreds of thousands of people, if not more thanks to overlooked plot holes?

Fewer deaths, but the plotholes might as well be the entire plot. The general consensus is that the entire game was an inexplicable yet deliberate character assassination targeted at me.

Owch. Yeah, that's a whole different sort of bad. I didn't start losing my character until the end of the game when they needed me to make some stupid choice.
