Even off the job, we're always on call. That and these mun characters rarely have anything planned for us that falls into the peaceful category.

I'd be a pretty miserable partner if I couldn't do at least that. Besides, it's not like you don't return the favor. If I'm remembering right, I still owe you more than the other way around.

How about we call it even straw? I'd promise not to take chances like that anymore, but I'm not confident in my ability to keep it. With all the aftermath from Lumine's little stunt and now this...I've got a feeling the rough times aren't exactly over yet.

Well, the Mavericks aren't just going to stop being Mavericks if we ask nicely, and no one's going to fight the battles that need to be fought for us. The best we can do is stick together and fight for those days that everyone can breathe a sigh of relief without having to worry.

I just wish... there was a way to reach them. We've been through so many attempts at a cure for the ones infected, and come close to reasoning with the ones that aren't. It just keeps getting snatched away at the end.

But you're right. I need to keep fighting.

I'm with you on that. Either they can't come to terms or simply won't...and when it comes to causing widespread harm and panic, the only way things can be settled is with a fight.

That said, I'm not completely without hope. So long as people and reploids like you exist, those who will go out of their way to look for that third option...I think we can see that kind of peace in our lifespan. That's why I put all my chips in with you.
