No one is created for a singular purpose, especially here. You have the power to make your own choices and to have a life of your own. This place, not unlike Enterprise, will be the better for having you in it.

Your words warms my heart T'Pol. I'd hope I get t' experience life a little more while 'round here. Heck, a lot more. Not completely sure how he's supposed t' deal with the whole fifteen days thingy. [He shrugs.] I guess I'll find out.

It has been my experience that the rules which govern time and space in our own reality are rarely a factor here. For instance there are multiple versions of myself. If that is the case then there should be no reason you cannot exist past any anticipated date of expiration.

I'd like t' help out if I can. Even if my skills aren't any I've taught myself but, Trip'd put his back into gainin' 'em. Would be a shame t' have 'em go t' waste. 'Course Trip may be the better choice, if someone had t' chose between the two of us.

You are two different people, even if you share an origin. Any ship would be fortunate to have you on crew. Any crew should be lucky to have you as well. If they do not understand that I would be happy to clarify it for them.

Right now he's jugglin' with sum ideas about me bein' younger an' needin' someone t' parent me. I hope it'll past.

Well I already got Trip's memories so I had an advantage. I had already been a teen. Sort of.

Honestly? I'd just like t' get back with the Enterprise crew. My Mun has sum concerns regardin' these "apps" tho as I'm apparently a somewhat obscure side character. [He's a little offended by that. The episode was about him, even if it was done to help Trip. And supposedly it helped kicking Trip's ass in gear.]

I'd say that's stupid but then ya Vulcans live a long time so I can see the benefit of that t' avoid overpopulation.

She seems certain that if you are as affable as presented that there would not be a problem with that. There is another place as well she has in mind.

I hope so. Especially if they can work out the whole fifteen day limit. My puppetmaster could need a boost o' confidence tho as he isn't sure he's on par. What other place do ya got in mind?

Ont he contrary, our way is a very effective way to control population numbers as well as eliminate the more emotional distractions that come with close proximity working. [Because that has worked so well for her, sure.]

She has also offered this as an option. As well as my own journal should that be an easier option. I believe there are occasional memes which might be helpful if you feel the need for practice.

Now that's where I'd disagree. Those "emotional distractions" doesn't need t' be eliminated.

I will admit they can be pleasant, but they are still distractions. Such distractions can compromise productivity.

Then I would be happy to offer my services to help with that until you find someone you feel is better suited.
