No matter how dark or grim things look, there is always light.

Trust me on this, I've seen my share of hopeless situations but they only seem that way. In truth as long as you never let that stop you, your heart will show you the way.

I understand you feel like life is too much sometimes, but you are so much stronger than you believe. And you never have to take this all on by yourself. Friends, family they are always there for you and can be your strength when you feel you're at the end of your rope.

Never give up, just remember that. There is always hope.
