On aaaaalllmost missing his birthday
Mun, hey mun, it's okay! You've got a lot on your mind now, what with all the professional writing you've been doing, and you had that head-cold around Valentine's Day: that'd knock anyone out of their groove. But at least you've been thinking about me, about the time I spent at the Mansion. I miss it, too, so you've got company. I think about it a lot, about the people I met there, about finding Hisoka again. Some days, I remember that first day like it's happening in front of me, walking up that snowy walk to the front door, me feeling all confused and wondering how the hell I got there, how I was supposed to find Muraki again. Maybe there'll be more to come, but don't push yourself, you know how you get when you've been pushing yourself. We're too much alike that way.
Maybe some red velvet cake is in order? Or those red velvet Oreos?

Ohhhhh, I see now. Yeah... things can get weird when gods or goddesses get involved. Sounds like a really tricksy goddess. So... in order to get the collars to loosen you had to... you know... [A bit awkward now. Well, more than a bit. Well... maybe a lot of a bit.]

Yeah. A lot, frequently, and sometimes pretty weird.
[So many strange curses to try to inspire kinks and fetishes. If nothing else, Atia could be creative.]
But, I mean, it wasn't all bad. Dealt with some soul-searching shit. Met some great people.
[Some amazing people. He couldn't help a small smile.]
That part I wouldn't give up for anything.

Well, for all of that, it sounds like it was like any other world you might fall into: there's other people in the same situation, and it's not hard to strike up conversations or even make some good friendships, given half a chance.
