Are you sure this is a good idea? You don't... really know anything about me yet.
You know that I think my sister is overbearing and can't stand being wrong, you know that I think my brother is kind of an ass and only thinks about how he can get ahead. But all you know about me is that I want to help people.
Which... that's not wrong, but I've got reasons for it, actual motivations. I'm an actual person, you know?
I'm also not really sure how you intend to work with my precognitive abilities, considering that everything you know is ancient history to me. But, all of that aside, if you stick with me, I'll stick with you.

My friend Kyle can predict the future too, and other stuff. They'd go so far as to put their careers at risk to involve him in anything. But he doesn't want to deal with scientists and being experimented on. And I don't blame him.
[Not that Declan knows a lot about those corporations, or even about Madacorp, that is if they were still interested in Kyle at all.]

Maybe Kyle did destroy all of his bio-dad's research, so no one world wide would get their greedy hands on it. [He's already taken the risk in saying the name of some of these bad guys, and this guy doesn't at all seem like someone who'd side with them.]
You didn't say anything about clones being involved, so that's good news for us. [He grins.]

[He scratches the back of his neck, a half-nervous gesture.] Mostly just working with one detective, she's not like the others. She wants to help people, same as I do.
