A waste would be starting a war that would kill millions needlessly. Protecting the world is better than ruining it.

Protecting it from what? It's run by corrupt governments, who spark off petty wars over power and money. Greed, mostly. My Outer Heaven at Shadow Moses will surpass any of that useless want. A place where men can live freely and fulfil their own desires also.
