Okay? It's weird that you're inspired to bring me here, the most normal person out of everyone else you have... [He's baffled. The way his Mun thinks, he'll probably never understand. I should just accept it. At least she's not thinking about throwing me at those freaks of hers.]

Wait. You're bringing Kyle too? Hold on, stop. You haven't even finished with the first season!

I don't know about him, but I'm not ready for whatever big plans you have, and you can't be ready for that... Not that I want to go back to another really long sleep either. [His face shows brief disgust before adding;] I don't think you want to know what it's like, to wake up covered up in so much dust, and gunk. [Declan also feels so far behind on stuff that it's not even funny. It's been YEARS!]

My Mun also brought me here before he finished the first season. But I think it turned out alright... even though I'm a little neglected.

Last thing I remember was hanging with my real dad. I had left the Tagers a few weeks prior. Then I was forcefully removed and placed here. What about you?

What? Your real dad? [Declan's memory is so fogged up right now, and he doesn't like it one bit. He leaned forward a bit in the chair he took a seat in, and sighed.]

I think I know what you're talking about, but it's...not clear. What I remember the most was the championship game. You know, when I hurt my ankle real bad.

[She does a slight bow in greeting, approaching with a friendly smile. Don't worry she doesn't bite.]

That's quite unfortunate. How do you feel? Are you unwell?

Yes my real dad. My real parents found me.

We lost. After you got injured everyone stood up for you and refused to keep playing. The opposing team won on walk-over. It was really nice to see everyone stand up like that.

Whoa... Do the Tragers even know about this? [He can't remember, damn it.]

[He nods, smiling a bit. He wouldn't admit it outright, but having Kyle around brought him a small comfort. It's preventing him from really freaking out a lot about this memory loss problem.] Yeah. It was great, and I don't have any regrets about losing.

[Then he frowns.] I'm probably gonna need your help for a while, man... I'm having some kind of amnesia, and I don't know why. [There's no ignoring on how uncomfortable and uneasy he feels.] Maybe it's a side effect of being asleep for so long. I'm not sure.

[There's a little smile in return. She looks so cute and friendly, so he doesn't have any reason to fear her.

The small smile soon dissipates as he'll be honest.]

My head... I'm having trouble on remembering some things. It might be a side-effect, but I'm not sure.

Yeah. My parents came by, talked with the Tragers and then I left. I still keep in touch with Josh and Jori tho. But my real parents are really economic minded so I don't get to use the Internet for long.

I can help. I got experience myself about memory loss.

[Good to know. Lori, Josh, and their parents wouldn't have probably handled it well if Kyle wasn't able to keep in touch.]

[Declan smiles a bit, and tries to joke around. He would feel even worse if he let himself get seriously upset here.] I know, right? It's weird. It's almost like I'm becoming like you or something.

[She goes to stroke his forehead, her hand was soft and warm.]

Hopefully it will wear off soon and you'll regain what was lost.

Though you seem to be healthy otherwise, good.

[She brought some medicine along with her, but it doesn't seem entirely necessary at this point.]

[He pats his friend's shoulder.] Maybe the answer to that mystery of yours is around the corner. [He gives a shrug.] Who knows?

It sucks that your Mun took you before your dad could tell you, but I know that with my Mun, there might be a chance to figure that out.

[His handshake is a bit firm, but brief.]

Yeah, he's a friend from the world I came from. [He laughs softly.] Didn't think I'd find him around here so fast. Neither did my Mun.

As for me, my Mun sort of keeps me around this space...not that it's unpleasant. Meeting new people is quite fun.

It's a stroke of blind luck, I can tell you that much. Yeah, I'm sure he'll help. He's sort of dealt with amnesia before, but not in the same way as me. [So weird though. It's like the tables have turned and they switched roles.]

Yeah, I kind of miss meeting new people, and seeing some old friends. I'll have to see if my other friends from Mun's head-space are around.

I overheard a little from some of the many I share a head-space with about this Nexus place. [He smiles a bit.] I wonder if it's as cool as the multi-universe restaurant place I've been to. That was kind of fun. Kind of crazy, but it was a good time over there.

[He'll be making a face at that. Ick, god no.] Slash is not nice or me or her interest. Thanks for the heads up on that, dude. It's nothing pleasant. That kind of thing... it gets disturbing.
