Extracting vultures, mice and what? Voles? I'm trying to build an army, not a zoo. You're wasting the Boss's valuable time in Fultoning anything. Honestly, it costs GMP and our money every time you Fulton extract. [He sighed.]

No private zoo, ok? Ocelot is already silently laughing at all of this.

[He doesn't say, but he can already hear R&D's cringe at the thought of request. On the other hand, he just stares at you in resigned silence while driving in straight line to the zoo. You're their second commander, and they wouldn't refuse your orders, so the chances they get the bear armor are pretty high.]

Kaz… [Wait, what? Have you lost your marbles? He has been trained to teach CQC to humans, not bears! What if Ocelot lost a limb during the bear training session? Or what if the bear went rogue against him and had to battle that fully equipped beast instead of fulfilling the mission?]

I'm not sure an army of bears would please the animals NGO.

I was thinking of having them get trained up like DD. He's almost like a wolf and if I know Ocelot, I know he can do it. It might be farfetched but Cipher have zombies and skulls working for them. What's a few armoured bears compared to what they have?

[They have all kinds of weird shit. Kaz just thought it might be a nice idea to have an army of killer bears on their side. The training might give Ocelot a hard time though.]

[Kaz frowned when the Boss stopped the car and then leaned across to kiss him. He actually kissed him whilst in view of possible recruits. Kaz felt himself blush and almost felt awkward at the response but secretly loved it. He loved any kind of affection given to him by the man he trusted the most.]

Boss...that- that would be good. [He swallowed then adjusted himself in his seat, as the car began to roll along the long stretch of connecting bridge.]

He can't tell for sure, but he has overheard conversation between their men, and that was enough for him to tell there were rumors spread.]

[They make their way to their first stop: the landing platform, a chopper awaiting for them to reach the Animal Conservation platform. Doesn't take them long to arrive, dawn already breaking over the horizon.] Here we are.

[Kaz looked up at the chopper and nodded. Getting in wasn't as easy as it used to be when he still had both legs. He ignored any annoyed feelings right now and managed to hoist himself up into the chopper using his crutch as an aid. He'd have to get used to it if he went on any future missions with the Boss. Not that it would be a usual thing for him in the state he was in.]

To the animal conservation platform then. [He looked at the Boss and couldn't help but admire the man's determination around everything. It gave him focus and above all; hope.]
