I think they understand, but I think they just choose to not do what's right. I mean no one really does. These muns are especially bad at it.

At first, mine had promised a lot of things and I stupidly fell for it - hook, line, and sinker...but...in the end, none of it really happened. But, regardless, she just won't let me go and that's with promising to do so. I mean, that's just my experience, not the same as your experience.
