I think I get why we clicked so well.
[Because we're both people who run away from our problems to the point of indulging in ridiculous excess? Because we both need to take stock of what matters in our lives instead of using and abusing others since we can't figure out our own issues?]
....Because it took me awhile to learn that particular pass too.
[He waves a hand, produces a small diamond, then puts it in his other hand. Then he opens the hand and there's...nothing. Then he opens the other hand. Nothing too.]
I gotta say though, learning slight of hand so you can write about what I do better? Big, big point in your favor.
