Hmmmmm, firstly I might question the tone of your natural bias towards that most recent feature and adaption of our origins-

Hey Reed, if the guy didn't like it, he didn't like it. Man's gotta have an opinion on this sorta situation, imagine how I feel about what they did to us.

I dunno, I still thought I came off as cool, probably the best of all of us. Race cars, handling my powers... dad wasn't quite that jerky about us though. Sis?

Ugh, I don't want to talk about how they handled me, I wasn't even involved in the excursion! That apparent version of me, she only got powers by happenchance!

But they were doing it unauthorised, Susan darling, and evidently that specific incarnation of yourself should likely have not taken an, ah, drunken and irritable Victor to heart.

Yeah, it does feel kinda weird to see us takin' so long to get t'gether and actually deal with the guy, weird metal mind powers or not.

Regardless, I think this application of utilising using this format collectively might prove complex for regular interaction here if we are to continue doing so. But that being said, we could do some real good work here. So I must admire your ultimate goals, even if they are arising from a impulsive stand point.

Excellent. And whatever faults that latest adaption of our story had, I think it had one valid element - it knew that we're special on our own, but as a family, we can do anything.

And who knows, maybe since it went this badly for them, Fox will hand the rights back over to Marvel. Always been kind of disappointing to know none of the movie versions of me will ever get to run into all of you.

Probably because those directors care more about the dollar signs than any accurate depiction of what we're like, Ben. We're hardly Batman after all, so we hero can't all be so apprently dark and gritty. My mun seems pretty certain those Incredible family is the closest anyone's gotten to what we really are.

[Strangely, the retort isn't meant for them, it's for the suddenly vocal scientist on his head going that's Reed Richards! and trying to rein in a fight he will regret having his alter ego start. Unfortunate that Hulk was never good at diplomacy and he really didn't care what Bruce thought.]

But the questions is... what it as bad as my movie?

[Johnny tries to look defensive, especially on being called a kid, but the big blue eyed rock guy steps in front of Johnny and frowns at Hulk.]

We ain't here to scare yeh, greeny, but yeh start callin' the Fantastic Four dumb and you're just askin' for problems, gamma rays or not.

Hmmmm, going by my current statistical data Johnny... ah, other Johnny... the positive vs negative outlook on our various pictures including your own would indicate that yours is considered rather superior in quality.

[This Banner unfortunately has an agreement with the Hulk. Hulk plays nice and he gets to stay out. Indefinitely. But sometimes, he changes back without meaning to, it's just difficult to get him to that place. Usually Hawkeye making him laugh works well.]

[Whilst Ben and Johnny could be impulsive, Susan liked the chance to give Hulk a chance first, especially given she could defend herself if needed. At the glare he simply maintains the polite smile.]

Of course you do, you do such decent things, you must know people value you for that Hulk, just like they value us. I know people can be cruel or violent, but know when we do act that way it's not because we hate you. We want to help you. Does that make sense?

Well... I think Mr Franklin knows how to avoid temporal whatsits. And if he doesn't, Val totally does! So I guess we're kind of a team.

[It almost looks like for a second, Hulk might just rethink that no-hitting-girls policy. But instead of punch at that ridiculous set of sentiments handed him, he snickers. And then outright laughs. Honestly, she expect him to believe all of that?? It was pretty laughable.

Mid-guffaw, he starts shrinking back down to size, leaving a quivering laughing Bruce Banner. Shirtless and not a mark on him in the way of injury.]

J-just...give me a moment... [He puts up a hand, doubled over, trying to get a grip on his mental state. Taking a few breaths as he manages to get his bearings.] ...sorry about that. He hasn't let me out in weeks.

He should do, he is you after all honey, and I've always known you'll be amazing when you're older, just as you are now. Same goes for Valeria.

[Well it's not quite what Susan was expecting, in fact the snicker and laughter from Hulk surprises them, but the fact that it works seems to do the trick. Johnny even loses the flame. Once Reed is certain things are safe he moves over to Bruce's side, offering him a coat from the Fantasicar.]

The Hulk from our universe has been known to manage the same. Regardless of your origin point, it is good to see you Doctor Banner... Bruce. Are you feeling alright? If you need transportation we can assist you.

[He takes the coat, grateful for the warmth. It's really hard to look serious when you have no shirt and you're not a green rage monster.]

[Bruce straightens with a sigh, adjusting his pants so they don't fall down and really embarrass him.]

Thank you...Dr. Reed. I'm alright. I don't usually switch like that. [It was a pleasant change from waking up in the middle of nowhere.]

[He shakes his head at the offer of transport. Honestly, he's got nowhere to go right now. Besides, he couldn't deny he was a bit curious about them as a team and professionally as scientists.]

...who's idea was the matching outfits?

[The team can't exactly let him walk about half naked and cold. He'll only run into problems again.]

Not a problem, we're more than used to the Hulk's... ah, outbursts in our reality. We were one of the first superhero teams to assist in ensuring all concerned were safe, though I have to admit at the time we did not have the intel that you and the Hulk were one and the same.

And it was my idea, mostly, we needed to have some central focus and having costumes showed we acted as a team. Reed provided the unstable molecules for the fabric though, which allows us to use our powers without damage to our clothing.

[Bitter smile.]

Not like anyone would believe it. Almost didn't myself....

[He trails off, leaving the sentence unfinished. It was still difficult to admit to himself that he and the Other Guy were one and the same.]

S'good idea actually. I can see how that would help with not being set on fire. [Slightly jealous maybe, he'd kill for some unstable molecule clothing some days. Stretched jeans only lasted so long. He can only imagine how tough it would be for Johnny.]

Rather think yeh supposed to believe yeh are, Doc.

[The FF couldn't quite believe it at first, but given the likelihood of their being seen in close proximaty so often, it was a logical deduction in the end. Johnny grins as he nods at the scientist's words.]

Can't exactly keep ending up with no clothes, Banner, much as the ladies would like me to be. Reed's science came in useful when he made our unstable molecule costumes.

[He could just as easily thought it was all in his head. Blackouts and hearing things. Waking up in the middle of nowhere. But at this point he's changed so many times, both of them are aware of it when it happens.

He eyes Ben warily, it was a little surreal perhaps to be standing shorter when they were closer to eye level a moment ago. That and years of being chased down meant that Bruce didn't trust anyone.]

They have to be stable enough to stay on though, right? Self sustaining?

[Ben in return seems to give Bruce a mix of bemusement and internal irritation, at least Banner can change back, he has adjusted to his appearance just fine but still occasionally misses the chance to be human on occasion. Plus it's hard to not forget there was a big green rage guy a minute or two ago.]

Oh constantly, the molecules within were crafted from my study of the crashed ship we landed in and its reaction to the cosmic rays we were exposed to. So they react like a second skin to any use of cosmic derided powers. Your gamma based origins sadly would not likely allowed for a more fluid transference, Doctor Banner.

[Sighs to himself.]
