I'm not a blueberry, no matter which way you look at it. I'm not a fruit.
[It's a cute nick name...]
It means nothing. I'm but a meal, and you know it is nothing more than that.

And did they fancy you particularly delicious?
no subject
Just because my hair is blue does not mean I taste or smell of blueberries.
no subject
Maybe there's a part of you that reminded said vampire of blueberries when they devoured you. Suggestion's a powerful thing.
no subject
Of course, knowing the canon thanks to the mundane, as much as she'd enjoy 'setting me up' with the vampire thinking that it's cute, vampires don't give two shits about humans.
no subject
And is that tidbit of information important to you?
no subject
So once the mundane decides to give up the useless attempts at trying to have me 'woo' said vampire, the sooner I can go back to keeping to myself in my room.

You might not find that "long term relationship", but doesn't it sound better to preoccupy yourself instead of sit around thinking?

Can you punch them and get away with it?

[The more Cain thinks about it, the more repulsed she feels.]

Also slapping him didn't faze him at all...
no subject
See, this just pisses me off. Okay. Next time, you should set up something to where you have enough power to be able to look this jerk in the eye and make him bothered! Or something.
The last time someone intentionally messed up my name, I punched them in the face and knocked them out. But against a non-human... that's pretty tough.
If strength doesn't work, you could always consider not associating with them until they decide to get it right? Maybe?
no subject
It is tough...especially when the mundane does insist on having them be a repeat.
I'll teach them to get it right...it'll probably come down to me or some other human teaching them that their rules don't apply here since I wasn't afraid of him like compared to his world.

[Yeah, he's...not getting it at all.]
OMG AN ASBEL *A*
*there's a sigh*
No, she didn't. Though that's something I wouldn't put past her.
o7
[Asbel rubs the back of his neck, not sure what he could've done to make Hubert's mun spazz out. But the sigh's pretty familiar - it's one of those "why must I explain this" sighs. Or maybe he just asked something stupid.]
So it's not Pascal? [That was his best guess, too.]
Okay then, Hubert. I give up. Why are they calling you a "blueberry"? It's not because of your military uniform is it?
It's rare to see canonmates XD
No, I haven't seen her in quite some time, or you for that matter.
The uniform as well as my hair and eyes. He refuses to call me by my name.
You're right, there aren't too many of us outside of games and psls.
Yeah, I haven't seen the others in a while either. Just Richard and Sophie, and Lambda for a bit. Maybe it's because this place connects to so many different worlds? [He shakes his head and offers a smile.]
Anyway, it's lucky I bumped into you.
[But back to the main topic: it could be this person's just giving Hubert a hard time to keep him (her) from being so stuffy. A quick study proves mystery man's point (wait for it).]
They're blue, all right. I dunno, Hubert. Do you think he might be trying to give you a nickname because he wants to be friends? Or because it seemed like you weren't having a good time?
Yeah
*there's a smile from her as well and a nod* Yes, I suppose so...even if we come from different timelines or worlds.
*ah, but now she's crossing her arms*
He just wants a meal and up my skirt. My mundane insists that there'll be more to it, but with her knowing the canon the other is from, a nickname seems to be a bit better than being called 'livestock'.
Yeah. :D
[Hey, look, an actual smile! When was the last time he saw one of those? Asbel almost feels like he just accomplished something, and so his smile broadens into a cheerful grin.] Of course! Even if we are from different times and circumstances, you're still my brother, Hubert.
[But about that-- Hearing the rather blunt admission, Asbel's grin fades quickly into an expression of alarm.]
Wait, what?! [Livestock? Up his (her) skirt...? He knew something was off! And his (her) uniform looks like it may have been tailored, right? The way it flares at the bottom is different. Has it gotten shorter? And it seems awfully snug in the chest.]
[Awfully snug.]
[Yep, now he notices - betrayed by the way his face turns an awkward red color.]
Hubert, you--! U-um... ["You're a woman??"]
:D~
*Oh she was waiting for that realization...crossing her arms and shifting her weight - at least watching Asbel was definitely amusing.*
My mundane calls it 'rule 63'. My world is technically the same as yours, I'm just your sister instead. Though she has found and used some rather interesting artwork where that so called 'rule' comes in to play for you as well.
