You know. I've been around for a while and I have to say the two types of characters I love are anti-heroes and villains. Often times they're more multifaceted than the heroes. It doesn't make a villain any less villainous if they are kind once in a while.

Yes I do. The main aspect of a villain is that they deviate from society in such a way that is seen as evil. Everything else is up for grabs.

I didn't really do nice myself for a very long time. But regardless of one's politics or goals, treating your own people well is one of the most successful modes of leadership.

See? Now, it's nice to know someone else gets it. Monarch is always telling me our henchmen don't need respect, but I honestly think they do. They're still people, even if we pay them to kill other people.

I have a great deal of experience in villainy...and unfortunately, in what not to do. It has given me ample opportunity for learning. As time goes on I have abandoned many of the more vicious practices, for both practical and personal reasons. Torture, for example. And using one's people as cannon fodder.
