((This powerfully evil mask found me... and wants to scheme, and play. MM end game AU!))

[Its creepy layered laugh--both deep and childish--causes Mun to feel uneasy. This sentient mask is very amused.]

What's this? Are you deciding to turn away? So soon?

[Not that Majora needs a mouth to smirk with, as he floats in mid-air, in the form it uses most. Clearly, the smirk can be heard in that sinister voice!] I already find you interesting. You're different from most humans I've seen... Most would run, once they know what I'm capable of.

You fancy my powers, don't you? You figured them out quickly enough. [There's a chuckle, before Majora starts to glance around its new surroundings.]

So, this is the place where I should start to "mingle", hm?

What does it matter if I am or not? (She is, in her eyes, entirely so.)

I wouldn't mention it, huh?

Maybe I'm not like most humans and I do. You don't know me. (Of course, she goes there because she isn't exactly like most humans, not anymore.)

(Does anyone exactly want loneliness? No, but she knows that it's easier to stay this way and just watch the world, stepping in when she wants to or has to, but being able to step out just as quickly when it became too much.)

Underestimate? (She shakes her head.)

Make it disappear? (She wouldn't mind if it disappeared, but she also sees it as the reminder of all her mistakes. If it went away? Could she handle repeating them over again? But, she isn't going to so easily let the mask know about that.)

You're mistaken. I'm not lonely.

No, I don't...maybe others...but not...(Her words go unfinished and she sees the colors, feels the feeling of something lightly brushing up against her. She freezes at first.)

(Caitlin's voice is faint,) No, no one can fix that. No one can do that. (But, the idea that someone could save her? That was tempting and she truly wished for that to be true. That it could happen.) You're overconfident...
