I believe that helping others is an admirable trait. That said, it's impossible to help everybody to a significant degree, and sometimes helping does more ill than good. To help others for your own satisfaction would fall into the latter category.

But, Ruri-san, you landed on my path. [Why yes, he means that literally.] You are a special person, and, as such, you have a bigger burden to bear than most. I would be the lowest kind of human if I didn't try to share your burden the best I can.
