Now, now mun. I would have thought you'd have more dedication to your commitments outside. Don't you already have enough on your plate? I should certainly hope you'll show much more dedication than that to me.
Oh well. It's nice to be let out after all these years, at least.

He more or less wants to see Kimbley react to the fact his alchemy won't quite work on him xD
If you do want to give me a fireworks demonstration at least try not to ruin my shirt. I don't have a comfortable military position like you Angel so I'm stuck paying for that out of pocket.

he then stands up again, adjusts his hat, and seems to be thinking. perhaps trying to judge how beautiful this explosion was.]

Angel you really should be more careful with that. Look, you ruined my shirt. I figured you would just go for my legs or something.

No not a Homunculus. I'm not even from your world. If I was I would of just used alchemy to put my shirt back together. You guys do have it easy when it comes to things like that.

My name is Marctavious. To answer one of your questions I'm what's called an Abian, but that isn't why I survived that blast.

Oh? How did you, then?

Anything more than that is going to cost you a lot more than you're likely willing to give Angel.

In exchange...it would probably depend on where we were. Wouldn't be much use in this place where you will forget everything when going into a game or going back home. Likely a favor I could collect at any time and ask you to do anything short of hurting yourself more than necessary.
For that favor I will show you down the path of enlightenment. It won't be an easy process though. This part is probably more the one you wouldn't be willing to give. Any sociopath would do what I asked for power, but enlightenment involves trials that are far more taxing no matter your moral compass.

Power is such a petty goal. Tell me, were these the terms of your arrangement as well?

If I tried to hand it over to you on a silver platter it wouldn't work even if I wanted to.
It's a path that is fairly unique to Abians, but humans can do it. I've tested that theory out already.

Don't worry about me. I've found my own form of enlightenment, for now.
