[So much for not letting Slade get to him. Charges at him and leaps up into the air, attempting to nail him in the face with his bo-staff.]

[ Oh, Robin. You're too easy.

Side-stepping neatly, his own staff appears in a flash, a blur of reflected light as he whips it around to slam it into Robin's back. ]

[Starts to turn around but he doesn't manage to in time and Slade's staff whacks him in the back. Lets out a groan of pain and stumbles forward. Whirls around and slides into a defensive position.]

You got lucky, it won't happen again.

[wantsapprentice]

[ And he just stands, almost casually as Robin regains his bearings.

Waiting. ]

Try me.

[kindofadick]

[Isn't sure who he is more annoyed with. Slade for what he said or himself for letting Slade get to him so easily. Glares at him before he shakes his head and closes over his bo-staff.]

No, I'm not doing this with you again.

[wantsapprentice]

[ Is he disappointed? Angry? It's difficult to tell with that mask and armor.

And yet, he doesn't attack. ]

Not so easy, is it?

[kindofadick]

It doesn't matter if it's easy or not, I'm not letting it happen.

[Robin stays on guard, he doesn't trust Slade or any of his motives. Though Robin sees Slade messing with his friends and that is a different matter all together.]

Leave Terra alone.

[wantsapprentice]

You should know better than to say 'never', Robin.

[ He's just that good, after all. Or evil, I should say. ]

The day she is not drawn to me is the day I'll leave her be.

That day is coming sooner than you think. Once we're all in the same place, I'll make sure you can't go near her. [And viceversa. He knows Slade has a point.]
