Now I understand why he hasn't said anything. Honestly, if somebody brought up the skeletons in my closet - and there are many - I wouldn't want to talk either.
Just find him. Make sure he's okay.
If this means he's too uncomfortable working with me, then that's one thing. But right now, I'm not letting another good man waste away blaming himself for something that is not his fault.
