[Not the same one, but it's still Wesker. Chris clenches his teeth for a moment before answering. His voice is strained.]

[He smiles, a slow show of white teeth.]

And yet, not disgusted enough to join us in the fight to end it?

"Good soldier"? [He scoffs in disbelief, eyebrows jumping towards his hairline at the phrase.] I don't think the Air Force would agree with you on that one.

[He clucks his tongue. So very disappointed.]

[For the last six months, Chris has held tightly on to one goal: avenge his comrades. It might not be possible, not with the way things will be, but he'll hold to it nonetheless. He clenches his jaw again. Looks away for a moment in thought.]

And if that means I have to play whatever game the powers that be can come up with, I'll cope.

[He's not that Wesker - that one he's heard so much about here, but his mouth still twitches, a small curl at one pale corner.]
