Heehee, Mun, it's only natural that you would give in to your desire to 'play' me. My task in that other Hyrule is complete, so I suppose I could offer you my time now.

Where would you like to take me? You better not be thinking you can just leave me here now that I've allowed you to have me for a time. You know me, so you should already know what my requirements are. I would like to emphasize again my desire to see Link.

I understand everyone's need for him, but my Link has completed his quest. The evil has been sealed, so he is free to do what pleases him.

Ah-- I dunno about that! I've been out of the adventuring biz for a while now, and I'm pretty sure mun's focused on someone else at the moment. Heh... but yeah, maybe one day.

Free... now that sounds nice, and you won't hear me say that very often! Heheh. Still, if anyone deserves peace, it's him. ...Any of him, if that makes any sense. I never know how to address the whole 'time' thing when there's the 'world' thing going on, too.

There seem to be quite a few Links. Did the one you meet have an ocarina?

I might! It's a new game that just recently opened, where the primary method of transportation is on airships. But there are monthly events and plots and things. It's called empyreanskies. The activity check is easy too - just three comments per month.

Hm.. I didn't see if he had an ocarina, actually. We mainly spoke about how sometimes people mistake him for someone named Zelda. [ And his unintentional ladykiller woes ]

Where were you able to talk to him?

At this game, everyone there are aboard ships that sail the skies?

[There's some fascination, but also some concern. She fingers the scale hanging from her wrist.]

Do they ever land? Are 'powers' permitted?

My mun would also like to know if there is an overarching plot, or just temporary ones.

It was here as well, actually.

[ She nods good naturedly. ] Right now because the player base is small, there's only one ship in play, but they anticipate two more ships to be brought in when more people join. So everyone will have the option of changing ships when that happens.

The ships do land, usually about one or two times a month for resupplying and missions, quests and things. Powers are allowed too, though there are limitations - instead of relying on your internal power source, like mana or ki, you have to use crystals to power your ability.

Ah! And yes, there is definitely an overarching plot - right now the focus on the game is on trying to find ancient artifacts called Regalia, which are said to be able to send us back home, if we find the right one. But there's other tensions between the countries, and that's going to eventually trickle down to effect the playerbase as a whole.

My mun thinks so too. Their abilities to portray us has increased over the years, she hopes you will get to join us in the other Hyrule.

Don't we all. They're probably just saving the best for last. Though I do find myself a little upset that my girls and I don't get to join in on the battlefield yet. [She was built for that! That's what her race is all about.]

[there's a nod because there's really no hiding it... Then he remembers his manners (because wasn't she a Zora Princess?) and gives a short bow followed by a sheepish smile.

He's not his predecessor, but it never hurt to be nice, right? ... Right? should he be concerned?]

[She sounds pleased and even gives a little giggle. He was cute, but she was betrothed to her Link... sort of, in a way, if she could ever find him again.]

I am Ruto, princess of the Zora's. I wonder which time you're from. I've heard of only two others: one in the sky, and one where twilight invaded the land.

He perks up in an almost puppy like manner when she mentions twilight and then--]

There were Zora's in my time as well! [pause, because would this be weird to say?] Thank you. Your people helped me immensely.

[Because who else other than Zora royalty could speak on behalf of the Zoras? He did seem to appreciate whatever they did for him... and it wasn't weird with everything Ruto's been through already.]

[Just ignore those weird happy noises in the background from his mun, something or other about being happy to see Ruto, they mean nothing. Ganondorf scoffs derisively, baring an ever-arrogant smile.]

She huffs, varying negative emotions for the evil man pass her expression.]

[What did he miss? Do they need his help? Did the other Link take care of it? How did you get there? DOES HE NEED TO GO HEROING AGAIN??]

[Well, she definitely recognizes this Link as the one she most wanted to see again, but...

Why was he a kid?! This wouldn't work at all! She frowns, about to say something when Link speaks first.]

Yes, everything there has been perfectly resolved.

[Okay but is it REALLY safe? How sure are you? Is there anything he can do to help? These are important questions that Link starts to try to voice, but her question shuts him down. His mouth closes and he looks down at the ground, one hand going to rub at the back of his neck. When he speaks its a mumble, and he pauses and falters, as if he's having a hard time finding the right words. He doesn't resent being returned to his time. He can't. But there were definitely certain advantages that he no longer had as a child. Such as being dismissed because of his age. Technically he's older now than when she last saw him, but no one ever seems to pay that much mind.]

M'not as young as I was. And um. Zelda sent me back. After...everything.
