You can't be serious. You watch one video review of the show, and suddenly you're all over me? Again? You don't even want to keep these icons. And that Dante Basco guy looks nothing like me.

Just leave me alone and let me get back to my life. You know, that whole "saving the world" thing I'm trying out? Yeah. Kind of important.

I don't think it's up to you whether you have more character arcs or not. Nobody stops growing as a person.

Well . . . I guess that's true. But I mean I don't want any orchestrated character arcs. I think I've been through enough lately.

Unfortunately, the world isn't as peaceful as it has been for many decades.

[dryly:] Don't tell me there's going to be another 300-year-long war.

Yes, there has been peace for a long time. We managed to defeat the Fire Lord and end the war.

But the Earth Kingdom has faced a great deal of turmoil in recent years... I can't predict what will happen, but I can only hope it will not come to war with any other nations.

[mumbles:] Good to know.

It never lasts. What's the Avatar doing about it?

I'm not sure the Avatar can resolve this conflict, at least not yet. She was recently gravely injured, and still struggling to recover.

["she." :(] I see. I suppose we'll deal with it if it comes to war.

I had hoped to never see another war in my lifetime, but now...

[He sighs wearily. The Water Tribe civil war, brief as it was, has already broken the seventy-year peace. Who knows what the Earth Empire could instigate?]

Are character arcs ever really over? I mean, really really?

Yes. They're over when I say they're over.

Boredom sounds better than frustration. Any attempt I make at changing direction from my canon character arc only brings me a butt load of it!

[drops the smile] Seriously though, if you wanna change your life's direction? It usually takes some big thing kicking you in the rear to get you started. At least, it did for me.
