Listeners, I can't be certain of many things. In fact, certainty is a highly regulated concept, and the City Council might fine me an appendage just for using the term, but as a journalist, it's my duty to tell you: I'm quite certain that I'm uncertain.
Carlos hasn't called me in days, and I have so much to ask him.
And, the face I've chosen to display here is coming back in style, and I think I might have to find a new one. This is a good face and all, but I've already been confused with this other guy, and, not to insult anyone's profession, but I'm a radio professional. If I wanted to be confused with an everyday federal agent, I would change my name to Jethro and enroll with the Vague, Yet Menacing, Government Agency.
Plus, not to be seditious or anything, but I've been thinking about the violence we showed those outsiders (grrrr, outsiders) and... y'know... maaaybe that might have been premature?
