dear_mun | sociology class got me thinking

Y'know…it's good that you're really getting into the nitty gritty of sociology and understanding how society works and thinks and does, but did you really have to delve that far? While I agree with a lot of what Fingeroth says, it's kind of irksome to read it and then look at my life and connect the dots.

Like that part where you never retire? I don't know about Spider-Man or Batman…but when I'm in my eighties, I'm not going to be swinging off ledges or scaling buildings. Although, that does make me think of Batman with a walker and big, granny hair in bunny slippers.
