Voice Testing for Lucifer
Quite incredible. All it took was the smallest nudge to bring you around to creating this journal. After all, there is a whole wide world for me to explore, and such fascinating people in it to meet.
Try not to mess it up, 'mun' of mine, mm?

The fourteenth century was really boring. I had to do something to spice up life. [haha, puns.]
no subject
[His lips curl with the pun. Oh Death, thy sense of humor slays.]
You seem quite busy these days. [As if that had ever changed.]
no subject
[Slays, huh? Seems we’re not the only one with puns here.]
Sometimes I wonder. Humans seems to be living longer now. Eh, but hey produce more babies as well, so I suppose it’s all the same.
no subject
Well Humans are at their all time highest population wise, so I only assume, as always, you're quite busy.
[A slant of the eyes, all amused.] Still playing games?
no subject
[a bit of a flat sad smile.] Mmm yeah. Always busy, never one to rest. I might be slacking a bit at the moment however.
[A pause at that though, and his smile tugs brighter] Oh, perhaps.
no subject
It's always worth taking a little break. That's why I'm here, after all.
...Perhaps we should partake in a little game some time. You're always welcomed in my home, of course.
no subject
[he shook his head lightly though, amused sounding] You know I take no sides, but I've always enjoyed your home. If I wasn't currently... [Bound. Embarrassingly bound thanks to his curiosity] ...dealing with a situation I would gladly partake in some games again.
no subject
[Ooooh? Lucifer leans in, eyes bright and all too curious himself.]
And just what situation is that? [Death, do you sound embarrassed?!]
no subject
[asdfghjkl;'
Yes, he doesNO! He's CURIOUS. He can get out of this situation ANYTIME he wanted to. Kind of.... maybe]Nothing of importance, my friend, I assure you. [Just a girl who confuses even the fates.]
no subject
Do tell. Do tell. [No, Death has no side. A friend to both. Lucifer wouldn't hold that against him, but oh how he does enjoy this!]
no subject
You would latch onto that, wouldn't you?
no subject
Tell me, old friend. Who else can you talk to about it, hmm?
no subject
[Death likes the smell actually. It's not something he picks up otherwise, but as Malach it's... nice. A contrast to his own cold smells]
I've ran into a human that confuses the Sisters Three as well as myself. She defies me at every chance. Her tapestry is frayed and tattered yet every moment I should be summoned to her passes without a conclusion. [half truths of the situation are always easiest.]
no subject
[Really, a half-truth is still a lie of omission being spoken to the Prince of Lies.]
Yet there's something about her that intrigues you, doesn't it? That's put you in this... situation? Is her unusual state alone?
[Oh yes that definitely is a near-purr from Lucifer.]
no subject
[Still, there is no point in hiding it anyhow. It was bad enough to have Titan Kronos figure it out on his own. Might as well spill it.]
[He gave a defeated side long look, a bit exaggerated, but allowing the other to win this round.]
She interests me, yes. She walks down the street, gets hit by a bus, stands up and brushes off, limping off for a few hours. She's drowned four times in the past year.
A Reaper should be summoned to the moment of death. They take care of it on my command. [he lifts his head, a bit prideful (pride that's a bit bent) and frowns.] Instead of a Reaper it's I that gets pulled to her.
Different canon ages - meet! XD
Fascinating! [A woman that has Death on a leash!] So why do you not take her soul, when you're summoned?
[Popcorn.gif! This has become an incredible story.]
Got to love those moments~!
It is not fascinating. [he said a bit grouchy like] It's rather bothersome.
As for the soul, I'm wondering if she's already sold it. [Eyes him for a moment.] Meaning... I can't find it. It appears to be there, but I can't reach it.
It's half the fun!!
Sold it? [He rubs the edge of his jaw.] I could see if she has, if you're in need of that help. It would take some tracking down, after all, so you might be her pet for a while longer.
no subject
Pet!? [He sputtered with out meaning to!] I'm not her pet. [
Sorry, love, but the user name says so][He took a breath at that point though, and let it out.] The... assistance would be much appreciated.
[But he knows better, so he asks.] However. What's the cost to me?
no subject
You come when you're called by her demise - that certainly sounds like a pet. [He can't help but chuckle, but he does slip in closer, voice pitched a little lower.]
For you? Hardly a cost at all. Not what I would charge even one of my own demons. We've known each other far too long.
...Perhaps... [He certainly does dare to slide a fingertip down the forearm of Death himself.] A pound of flesh, so to speak?
I assume your sex life has been pretty death for a while. [You started it with the puns.]
no subject
[Meanwhile... the side glare you are receiving, friend, isn’t sharp, but perhaps a bit comical.]
I’m no one’s pet unless I want to be. [a pointed look, for a moment, before sighing again. Mostly at that pun. Yeah, he started that.]
As upset as I am about that pun, you wouldn’t be completely accurate on that. Nor too far off base. [side glance away from him. huff. Note, that wasn't a yes or a no.]
no subject
[He will slide himself in that bit closer then, his voice that low purr.]
Surely a small price to pay to rid yourself of the question. Of the leash?
no subject
It is a small price, and not at all a bad one. But... I’m not on a leash. [giving a small glare. Not seriously glaring, but he’s latched onto this pet thing, because Virginia chuckles about him being a pet as well.]
[That purr is effective though.]
no subject
One night of pleasure for an answer? If any of mine or any mortal has her soul, I'll know in a matter of days.
[And why not? A chance to court Death? As an angel, fallen or otherwise, Death is not something he will ever know. Not as one of the First.]
no subject
[And the breath on his ear as the other spoke did run a shudder down his very human spine. It took him a moment, but he turned his shoulder a bit, bumping the other in the chest as he tried to look back at him.]
A matter of days, hmm? At first you said it might take a while. Get used to my leash. Now it's changed?
[a curiously smug face...]
