I just want to go somewhere I can help. Somewhere that needs me.
But you need to know where would be best for you, too. A leader needs to know his or her own strengths, their own capabilities. And that's basically what you are -- my leader, as much as it bothers me.
(It's okay. I can take orders. Sensible orders, anyway.)
You've still got more time to make this decision than I usually get for mine. So ... [sigh] Take your time. I'll still be here.
