Well things are a little different for people like me where I came from. As far as I know anyone with fangs where I'm from can't have kids.

Um well it's sort of a curse I guess. Anyone who becomes like me gets a lot of abilities most humans don't have, but because of it we can't have kids or go out in sunlight.

Umbrellas aren't good enough for us kiddo, but don't worry about me. I never went out much during the day when I was a regular human anyway. Too busy working on stuff inside. So I don't miss the sun that much.
