I appreciate your renewed interest. However, perhaps now is not the best time to be doing this? You have, as I believe Owen would say, a great deal on your plate, and I would hate to add to that. May I, at the very least, encourage you to take things slowly? As much as I would like to see new places and experience new things, that is quite a low priority.
Although, if you must look... I really would prefer something a bit more adventurous than we have attempted in the past.

[Rather expressive for a guy with no visible features, he looks down, palms under his elbows and shakes his head slightly, clearly in thought and also a bit awkward about himself.]
...Is that rude to ask?

I do not know how normal looking for adventure would be, though when I have not been dedicating my time to research, I have read so many great tales of heroes. It would be wonderful to actually take part in one!

[For a brief moment, it appears that he has recoiled in horror at the emergence of her tail but after that he clasps hands together in delight.]
What a magnificent tail! I can scarcely believe my eyes... So a glamorous, gorgeous, graceful thing... Surely, you are graced to have a lovely tail, young lady. I hope you're proud of it.

Oh, I... I am not used to people describing it in such a way. Except for my own people, I fear most find it rather odd. [She glances down, a frown tugging at the corners of her mouth.] It does help with balance while climbing, though I would be lying if I said I did not trip over it from time to time.

[He chuckles, an odd motion that makes his shoulders go up and down added that makes his helmet clank. Either oblivious to her embarrassment or encouraging her not to be, he is as open and upbeat as she is not.]
I'd be bored out of my wits if I didn't need to seek out something fantastic. Which leads us neatly back to adventure, does it not? Embracing the spirit of it... Young, uh, Descendant-Of-Red-Pandas, uh yes, Young Descendant-Of-Red-Pandas must be bold enough to take a compliment without wanting to hide away behind a hood, eh?
[Of course, he doesn't show his face ever if he can help it, but that's a different matter entirely. His body language is warm, arms open but bent at the elbows.]

[She bolts to attention once more, whether it's genuine surprise or an opportunity to change the subject not entirely clear.] Oh! And my name is... well, my laboratory designation was RD-01. But my friends call me Pandora. It is terribly obvious, of course, but I have grown to like it.

[His visor is very much of the sort that lets him see out but lets others see little inwards, somewhat rendering eye contact a moot point.]
Well, at least that is something you like of yourself. Would you like to know a secret, that many an adventurer surely wished they knew before they set out?

Oh, most certainly! Any advice I could acquire to help in a journey would be most appreciated! [The talk of adventure has perked her up once again, the stories she heard growing up dancing through her head... with her in the lead role, of course.]

[Dramatically posing, but without a hint of theatrics from his part, he raises one arm, a ragged cloak remnant hanging from it. He doesn't put things on- he's just honestly as passionate about things as he acts.]
But you cannot shy away from anything. Many think it, but few grasp it truly- courage! You must be willing to bare your face at any time, no matter if assaulted by evil attacks or kind words!

The difference, I believe, would be in how to respond. An attack is quite simple, either flee or retaliate. But a compliment? That is quite another matter indeed, is it not? [Her brow furrows, and though her voice is lowered, she still doesn't realize she's speaking aloud.] Then again, the villains in stories often make outrageous boasts, and the hero never believes them. It is not necessary I agree with their assessment to respond. Yes, that would be a good way of handling it, in the end....
[In an instant, she bolts upright, almost as if she was about to salute the knight.] You are right, Good Sir Rubbish Knight. If I am able to contend with the blade of my enemy, I should not cower from a kind word. I shall remember this!
