Really? And repeated violations of the Neutral Zone treaty and its stipulations serve the interests of your Empire?

I'd think your Empire could do better at keeping its Warbirds in check. At the very least, you have to admit that for having established such a treaty, the Federation does find your ships on our side on numerous occasion.
