Back to the mun
It has been a long time since we spoke with each other, hasn't it Miss Mun? Back then you have used a different username for me on Livejournal...
I do not know what brought this change of mind, but...
[She smiles and bows.]
I hope we are able to get along once more.

[ She grins though, happy to see her friend and for the moment withholding jokes about it being her birthday; Abigail will wait and see if Sakura mentions it first. ] How've you been?
no subject
[How long... two years, two and a half? She hardly remembers.]
I have been fine. How are you doing? Did you have a nice birthday so far?
no subject
I did! I can't wait for the fireworks, it's my favorite part; you gonna watch too, right?
no subject
[It felt like that at least... but anyways.]
It would be a pleasure.
no subject
Awesome! There's even some radio stations synchronizing their music to the displays!
no subject
That sounds wonderful.
no subject
[She actually smiles and offers a very polite bow. Well-practiced and everything.]
I am very glad to see you. I am also pleased to your writer for finding reason to bring you about.
Have you been well?
no subject
[Polite as always. And she is very pleased about it. She bows as well and smiles in return.]
I am glad to see you as well. And while I don't know the exact reasons, I am pleased to have returned.
I have been well, thank you very much. And you?
no subject
Mmm...
[Normally she wouldn't answer this. But this was Sakura, one of the few that she ever felt comfortable confiding in.]
Pray, do you know what the day is?
[Or was. But something tells her Sakura would be able to piece the clues together.]
no subject
[She remembers the day and looks a little panicked.]
My apologies, that was insensitive of me.
no subject
T-Think nothing of it...
[Though now if one were to look at her, Alice did seem much more defeated. Her eyes are glassy and baggy, and the usual attention she gives to her hair and her outfit is uncharacteristically absent.]
no subject
[She fidgets.]
If, if you don't mind, may I...?
[Sakura reaches out to fix her hair and adjust her clothes, if Alice allows her to.]
no subject
Ah...? [Her clothes?]
Is it that bad?
[She is completely oblivious.]
no subject
[Yes, it is. So she begins to straighten Alice's clothes.]
Other than that, have you been doing well?
no subject
Mmm, I cannot say yes or no. My writer has had me around for a month now, and I have been taken well, much to my writer's surprise.
Meeting some of our friends have even been enjoyable.
[Then there was the loss of FIFA, and the other interactions with other people which she would definitely qualify as "not enjoyable."]
no subject
That is good to hear.
[Clothes are fixed, now her hair.]
Hopefully everything continues to go well for you.
no subject
[You do, Alice. Let Sakura fix you.]
no subject
[And that means a lot coming from her.]
no subject
[She'll stay quiet, but every part of her body is just shouting, "Fiiiiiiiiiiiiine."]
no subject
[It only takes a few adjustments and Alice's hair looks like it usually does. Sakura draws her hands back and smiles.]
no subject
I-Is it better?
no subject
[There is only so much that can be done against the bangs under her eyes and she doubted that Alice would let her go THAT far.]
no subject
[...still... her indignation can only last so long...]
Ah... thank you, then.
...
I suppose I may have been a little neglectful today.
[A little?]
no subject
[She won't comment on it.]
no subject
...
Have you eaten?
[This was how Alice expresses concern and appreciation: through fussing over them.]
no subject
[She does start to feel a little hungry...]
no subject
I could go for some tea.
no subject
I could prepare sweets if you like.
no subject
[She nods, happily enough.]
[The truth is she hasn't eaten anything today. Nor does she think she could keep anything down if she tried.]
[But that was food. This was tea.]
[There's always time for tea.]
no subject
[Sakura couldn't force her to eat, but hopefully that would just be for that one day and that she would be fine again on the next.]
no subject
[Giving people choices. It's how she showed consideration.]
no subject
[Alice always made good choices when it came to tea.]
no subject
[ack]
...toss.
[It was true, though. She wouldn't even consider doing this if it wasn't for her.]
no subject
... I am fine with Earl Grey then.
no subject
[And she does. Quiet and dutifully.]
DW, why not send the notifs properly?
because dw wants us to suffer for are art sometimes :c
[...she might want to pay attention more to the tea, though.]
[Uh.]
[So apparently she's going for extra
bitterflavorful with this batch.]Meh
In case the tea becomes too bitter she could make some extra sweet.]
no subject
[Alice likes wagashi. She might even try some...]
[The stirring motion of her hand reminds her that she is making tea, her attention goes down to it and--]
OH CRAP...
[She can already tell its way too dark than it should be.]
no subject
[Hopefully they suit her taste. And...
Oh a curse.]
... Do you want to make new tea?
no subject
...We're going to have to. God damnit.
[The ol' sailor is coming out now.]
Honestly DW, I'd be grateful to receive my notifs regulary
[There, there, it's all right. Mistakes happen.]
/pat :c
[She looks down at the water--now slodge--and sort of... stares at it.]
no subject
no subject
I'm sorry. It seems I'm not being myself.
[An apology from Alice? Whoa, she really is feeling out of it...]
no subject
[That sounds like it, but Sakura doesn't want to upset her...]
