A curse! No, not quite as pressing as the very real threat of death-by-lich in our current predicament, but you'd think I might have made some sort of connection, no? A green dragon damns me in particular as it dies, and I mysteriously fall ill with strange, acidic consequences -- ? No, surely, carry on with your day, Gethin, nothing to look into, or perhaps you're just too dull to think anything of it.

... Forgive me, I'm a little high-strung at the moment, as you can imagine. I'm not keen on dying, especially not over a shady Inquisitor's personal grudge-quest that has nothing to do with me.

I dread what's coming, even if we survive. Keep your wits about you in the future, for my sake.

... Ah. Well. To spare the details: it was seconds from killing me, so I hexed it out of the air... into an open pit of lava. While probably my most impressive accomplishment thus far, it wasn't particularly enjoyable.
