Oh look at that...it's time for a voice test
HAH!
I knew it wouldn't be too long before I, Iskandar King of all conquerors finally found his way into your headspace! Wonderful! Superb, even!
You must send me somewhere full of exciting new subjects and the like to join my army! I won't take no for an answer. Perhaps some of the residents in your headspace may care to join me?
[Actually, Rider... about that--]
Hm?! Oh I see! Then perhaps you can persuade them for me.
IN THE MEANTIME, TAKE MORE PRIDE IN YOURSELF AND HAVE MORE CONFIDENCE! THERE MUST BE PLENTY OF NEW PLACES FOR ME TO VENTURE INTO THAT WOULD ACCEPT THE LIKES OF A GREAT KING LIKE ME! GO FORTH AND FIND THEM, I SHALL CONQUER THE PEOPLE THERE AND FORCE THEM TO JOIN MY EVER GROWING ARMY TOO!

IT'S GOOD TO RAISE ONE'S VOICE ONCE IN A WHILE ANYHOW!

I find myself surrounded by brutes who think only of the sword.

[A curt succinct greeting, as expected of her.]
How can you approve of this subjugation?
no subject
By the way, Saber - my offer still stands. You should join me!
no subject
[She tries to explain their influence the best she can. Then she frowns, looking bristly.]
You continue to insult me, King of Conquerors. Losing your chariot should have taught you that I have no intention to yield.
no subject
True. [He blinks a little at the much smaller woman and then lowers his head.] But I am a very greedy man, It doesn't hurt to extend the offer once again does it?
no subject
Hm. [She narrows her eyes. Her stature might be unimpressive but she's not less imposing because she's petite and youthful-looking.] My refusal remains the same. Though, you should not concern yourself any longer. In the first place, you persisted because you assumed I was "misguided" by my wish I am correct? Then, you can rest assured that I know I was foolish now.
no subject
...And what brought that on?

I only ask, as I'm curious.
You seemed so set in your ways before. So once again I have to ask, why the change of heart, Saber?

During the Fifth War, I met someone who was like a mirror who reflected my faults.
Urgh, I feel like I'm failing so badly with Rider already >>
This someone you speak of, Who were they? They must be rather impressive to bring you to such a life-changing realisation.
You're doing fine! FSN doesn't feature Alexander so it's ok! /o/
Hm? He was the Servant Archer summoned to fight in that war.

Our Archer?
[As impressive as Gilgamesh is, he is still well--]
You mean to tell me that he was able to survive? He was the victor during our war?
1/2
No. Absolutely, not. I am not speaking of Gilgamesh. This is another Heroic Spirit summoned under that class.
no subject
Though you suspect correctly about his survival unto the next war. There was no victor in ours, Rider. My Master commanded me to destroy the Grail.
no subject
[And quite frankly, it's starting to make his head hurt a little as strange as that may be to believe. He may have to sit down to further listen to Saber's words.]
Is that the reason you returned to the fifth war?
no subject
[But she has fonder memories of the Fifth War in general. Perhaps because it didn't end in a complete failure.]
I was summoned again, that is why I returned. Though you are not incorrect, I came back for the Grail. I did not suspect Archer, the one you are familiar with, was still in the modern world. He seemly acquired a physical body.
no subject
I honestly did not think he would be able to do such a thing.
[Okay, so Rider might be a little envious of this but hey at least you sort of have a physical body here on the internets though, buddy.]

[She knows of his wish to be reincarnated, that's why she mentioned the madness. She can understand human feelings a little more now.]

Even more so, if it were you, Saber who managed to cease his wrongdoings. A blow to his pride was well deserved a long time ago. I partially wish though I could have played some part in it.
But I will not regret. I enjoyed my time during the fourth war. I was able to meet you and other worthy opponents. And I have never been prouder of my young master.
no subject
Some memories are bitter and painful, but I battled and preserved my ideals. I was never mistaken to regret my actions. My mundane said that your Master is well and that he will become the teacher of one of my Masters in the short future.
no subject
Hmm, though truly he and I are never that too far apart from each other my mundane apparently shares a muse with him too. Though she says it's quite hard to play the two of us at once.

I must say, however, I am a bit shocked there exists one able to tame you so easily.
