[He clucks his tongue, lifting his hand from Kamui's chin and using the back of his fingers to brush the hair out of Kamui's eyes, leaving a smear of blood across his forehead behind them.]

[Kamui gets his elbows and knees underneath himself; Fuuma brushes his hair back out of his eyes. He flinches from the comment.] If I had known ... I - I wouldn't have chosen.

[of course, he has no way of knowing if that would have actually helped at all, what with Fuuma already starting to act weird at that point.]

Oh, Kamui...

[His hand finishes its path across Kamui's forehead and drops down to cup his cheek. His other hand comes up to do the same, and his expression softens as he looks straight at Kamui. His eyes are soft. Concerned. Gentle. Purposefully reminiscent of the Fuuma Kamui holds in his memories.]

[Is it telling that Kamui actually stiffens when Fuuma starts acting all gentle and nice? It's probably telling. He still can't seem to help leaning into the gentle touch, though. It's nice to pretend, especially when he's woozy.

He throws himself backwards a little too late to avoid Fuuma's grip around his neck, though.] Ghhkh!
