Spoilers: It's a flamethrower.

The best way to flush out the enemy is th set everything a blaze. Don't worry, she's wearing special gloves and goggles, she'll be safe. Grell already knew the general location of Espio and pointed that way. A jet of flame shoots out from her device.

The first thing everyone must be wondering is where she got it from, right?!]

[Becomes visible and just stands there. Yes, in the middle of the flames. Why? Because, Grell, he's been sleeping with Ace. He's junctioned so that fire will heal him.]

[THAT IS VERY SMART OF YOU.]

[Once everything but Espio is on fire, Grell stops and looks about, wondering why he's still surviving.

She...doesn't know that Espio and Ace are a thing. Confused, she tilts her head to the side before looking to Marco.]

He wasn't always this flame resistant. [She looks back to Espio, figuring it must be a junction protecting him. Well, guess it was time to stop playing around. Grell starts to take off the flamethrower gear.]

Yeah, the flame resistance has been kind of a necessity lately.
