I think it's good that you're actually re-playing Peace Walker to jog your memory before jumping into Ground Zeroes. It's always good to prepare yourself before a mission. [Because preparation was key, right?] You don't want to throw yourself into a game unaware of the plot and what's going on. That could end in disaster.
