[He'll meet Mun's objections that they're synonyms with a dismissive wave of his hand.]

I must admit, I am a little nervous to meet these other people. I am not even wearing my best today. Still, if I am as famous as you say, in your time, I should doubt that anyone will object to my doublet being stained with a little ink.

[Leonardo paces a bit closer to Heat, steepling his fingers as he looks him over. But he's not just looking Heat over; he's examining him inch-by-inch. Scientifically, and also perhaps personally, Heat is a very interesting individual.

Soon, though, Leonardo pulls his hands away from each other to give a bit of a shrug.]

Well, I'm sympathetic to your plight, and I must admit that your situation seems very dire. Your reasoning is quite valid, though you are perhaps channeling your energies into the wrong sorts of things. However, considering other possibilities at hand, with all the possible games out there, it is a good thing at least that you are allowed respite once in a while. Although things may seem difficult now, in time you will grow accustomed to this game, too.

Ah-- also, I am told by mia Mondana that you will be seeing one of them soon! Ehhhh... Serph, I believe it was? [Though with his slight accent, he's pronouncing it more like "Seraph". While potentially confusing to Heat, he really means his Leader.] So you will see your friend soon. And that is, at least, a reason to celebrate.

[And he proceeds to open his arms and slip them around Ezio, in the grandest of hugs. Hope you didn't have any need of those ribs~]

I just assumed I would be greeting a lot of new faces! But yours, I am happy to see.

Yours in particular, Ezio. I know we usually meet in my workshop, but I suppose this is as safe as any. [He reluctantly releases the assassin then, stepping back to look at him.]

I take it there are not many adventures to tell me about, then?

[... well. Anyone referring to himself as "Dio" must have a ridiculous god complex. Not what he was expecting so early in his career as a muse, but he replies politely nonetheless.]

I would describe myself mostly as a scientist and a writer, a drafstman perhaps. But I am told people know me best as a painter. Which is ridiculous, anyway, as I've only completed nine or so to date. I, ah, seem to have trouble finishing them sometimes... [This is where his embarrassment kicks in, growing a bit shyer the longer he talks about himself.]

I believe my version of "school" is far different than yours. I believe I would remember teaching you.

[Now that was interesting, Dio had noticed his mansion to be a bit empty as of late, half due to the dead subordinates, half due to the lack of any art, The resident of wind knights lot had burnt his old castle, so all of the artworks he had "repossessed" had been destroyed.]

Not so in my line of work, thankfully. The only thing worse for an inventor like myself would be pitch. It is quite difficult to remove from clothing. Ink is a little easier to hide.
