But when he smiles, it's the same as he always did. Is he Hannibal Lecter, the Copycat, or the Chesapeake Ripper? Is he all of them at once, how many other names has he been given and quietly been amused by?]

This must be very difficult and stressful for you, Doctor Bloom. I'd have never met our good friend Will or anyone else at the bureau had you not mentioned me to Jack Crawford. When all is said and done, perhaps you'll realize it and bear the guilt of everyone involved.
