Voice testing, Peeking Around at Games
Let's just really imagine how this will go.
You and me, integrated among heroes with so many powers I can't even predict what delicious wonders I'll see. How long do you think I'll last before I just pin one of them to the wall, cut his head open and take what I want?
Naturally, they'll all turn on me. No one is going to have Peter's abnormal capacity for forgiveness. Oh no, they'll try to kill me. And then I'll kill them. I'll kill them all.
And that just won't be any fun for all the other players now, will it?
So why don't you save yourself some trouble and take my advice.
Stay out of my head.

wtfSylar and she's at a loss. Her eyes widen and she feels her body wanting to shiver, to recoil away from the intruding warmth of his skin so close to hers. Claire clenches her teeth together, a hardness forming along her jawline as she hesitates but eventually meets his eyes. Eyes that she always imagines as black, empty, soulless. But unfortunately this close she can see that they're not black at all, they're actually brown and not as empty as she'd like them to be, and she wants her illusion back.
Claire closes her eyes and flinches as much as his hold allows.]
Technically.
And you can't kill me anyway. [She pries her eyes open.] Do I get my own category? [The way she can pack so much loathing into so few words is pretty impressive, gotta give her that.]

Now Claire's lips were right there, free for the taking.
Or just as easily, he could stab her, an eye for an eye. The two of them might never die, but oh how it would hurt. How gloriously it would hurt. ]
Everything is just— [ His free hand grabbed her face, tilting her chin up, but not gracefully. ] —so very easy when you're in my position Claire. Have you ever thought about how easy everything would be if you had my abilities?
[ In all honesty, Sylar was monologuing with no interest in what her actual responses would be. But as he pontificated, his eyes searched hers, looking for the satisfaction he would gain in seeing traces of fear. He certainly saw the loathing.
But after the seconds ticked by, one-by-one, he pushed her back and dropped her from his grasp, letting Claire fall to the floor, tugged on only by the force of gravity. ]
Lucky for you, I've turned over a new leaf. [ His teeth gently bit against his lip as he said the last word, prolonging the ffff just an extra second so that the sentence turned from sounding disingenuous to predatory. Even when he's trying to be good, Sylar sounds bad. ]
You are free to go. [ And with a flick of his finger, Sylar blew the doors wide open. ]
