mun just watched all her s links in a row...
I understand your overwhelming number of emotions. I... feel the same way, though I don't understand your expression of them.
[Mun is lying on the floor, leave a message]
And I understand that after all of that, even after we win, he will... die. There is no way I can save him.
[She looks down, mixed feelings on her face.]
I won't regret what I decided to ask for. In fact I am even more glad of it.
...
Are you sure there is no way I can protect him?

[Aigis was not expecting hugs oh dear what is she supposed to do uh. She awkwardly puts her arms around him as well.]
no subject
...You seem sad, so... is the hug helping, miss?
no subject
Ah, yes. Thank you. What is your name?

*He makes no move to let go, but he does grip the front of her coat a bit instead. His hands are visibly jointed.*
What is yours?
no subject
I'm Aigis. It's nice to meet you.
[She notices his hands. Awed, she touches them.]
Are you a... machine as well?
no subject
Yes. My mind and bones are made of machinery. The rest of my body is synthetically-made to better appear human. This includes muscle, organs, and blood. Other aspects are similarly false, but appear real.
no subject
You have organs and blood?
[She's genuinely surprised. How... truly amazing. She's a little bit jealous too, but she bites that back. It's hard to be jealous of such a sweet, cute thing.]
That's amazing, Minao-san!
1/2
*What? Why's he being called amazing for something he had no control over???*
2/2
Yes. I do not know if it is amazing or not, though; I was simply created this way.

[She can tell that much.]
I apologize. I swept up in surprise. I did not know machines could be made that had... how do I put it? Soft parts.
[She looks down at her iron-hard hands.]

[All talk of him is painful, but Aigis is someone she can talk to regarding this situation.]
There is...nothing we can do to save him. We must ensure that his sacrifice was not in vain. Honor his memory.

[She's surprised and a little ashamed to see her. Such an emotional display... But she's seeing strong emotion on Mitsuru's face as well.
She nods slowly, her fingers reaching up slowly to touch the center of her chest, right below her neck.]
Yes, that is our duty to him now.
no subject
[Was that part of her burden he couldn't really imagine?]
I don't think the past can be changed, unfortunately.
no subject
[She's not in the best place to be seeing him, all emotional like she is, but she won't be rude.]
No, you are probably right.
[Not that the growing illogical emotional part of her heart doesn't wish.]

It's just important to not try and forget them. Valuing the days they didn't get to see... at least that is the kind of conclusion I've come to. [Trying to forget her, running away from his problems, it all hadn't helped in the end.]
I'm not sure if this is particularly helpful, though.
no subject
I think... he would want me to do that.
[Eventually she nods.] Value the days... How does one properly "value" a day?
no subject
[How does one explain that? He was a bit used to unusual questions when it came to life thanks to living with Teddie, but that wasn't one of those he ever asked. Though Yosuke is pretty sure Teddie just does it without knowing it.]
By holding the precious to you, I guess? Even if they are bad days or days in which you didn't do anything. [He laughs awkwardly.]
I'm not so good at explaining this kinda stuff.
no subject
[She looks thoughtful for a moment before shaking her head.]
That is quite all right. I'm sorry for asking so many questions. There is so much I do not understand.
no subject
[He tries to be a bit reassuring here, so he gives her a small wink.]
no subject
Yes, many people seem confused when I ask them questions about these things. It would make sense that they did not know the answers themselves.
[She's still smiling a bit even as she's thoughtful.]
Could it be that I'm... trying too hard?
no subject
Yeah, I think if you ask them out of the blue people will look baffled. As long as nothing starts making people think about it, they just live for the moment. Or something like that.
[Did that even make sense? He's not sure, but he hopes she gets what he wants to say.]
I can't say that for sure, but... that sort of thing can happen. Sometimes it's just better to go with the flow and reflect on your experiences later.
