Freud was actually an example of bad scientific ethics but his use of therapy and his idea of the subconscious were the foundations of the science of my time.

He made outlandish theories and then when someone said they never felt anything like he was describing and questioned his theories he simply said "You're repressing the feelings".

Right now you are in a nexus. I'm not a scientist of that sort so I can't explain it properly but think of it as an area where universes meet or at least the people from various universes. Many "games" are set up like this as well.

Another question you could look at too; there are multiple versions of the same universe. Why are things done differently in one world compared to another? In one universe a version of myself has a daughter with someone who is already dead in my universe.
