I finally work up the balls to do that and you're leaving the thread hanging? Do you know how absolutely fucking nervewracking it is to stand there and try to form words and hope he doesn't laugh? Especially when I've just crossed paths with his ex-girlfriend and heard what she said to him? I'm terrified.
