...It has been a long while since we've seen him outside of "that place", perhaps. But, isn't he most likely sleeping somewhere again, as usual... -- America-san, too. Even Turkey-san, among others -- Perhaps it is slightly more quiet without the latter two around, but England-san and Switzerland-san have returned, so it isn't that... [ "bad"? (He does like quiet.) ]
"That place" aside, I am uncertain if you should be hoping more of my acquaintances will arrive to "this place" when you consider the... current predicament you've helped to set up, for the both of us.

My apologies. Perhaps, you should focus on clearing your current tasks before beginning much else. Inspiration is good, but for it to be unmanaged, and for you to have few clear ideas...

There is really no need to worry. Simply, having not seen the others in so long makes one wonder...
