Giant robots were fine, actually. I wouldn't mind more of that, even if nobody remembers the same things I do. If they're memories at all. Still not sure I'm on board with that.

The going theory's that we're remembering some "past life." What triggers those memories can be any number of things.

[He honestly isn't sure what's going on, and naturally isn't keen on that either]

Whatever it is, it's pretty inconvenient.
