Harley coming to the city? I'm getting a headache already.
I know she's a good girl if you get her away from the Joker, but that's the problem -- she never wants to be away from him. Can you just imagine how she'll react knowing he's not here? And besides, that's even guessing she is coming to the city. Her mundane was only thinking about bringing her, wasn't he?
And in regards to this... "captivity" meme... I highly doubt being locked back in Arkham for no apparent reason would cause a psychotic break... Of course, not knowing why I was there may cause some stress, true, but I think you're dramatizing it a little.
