on game thoughts

Isn't it a bit early, yet, to think about games? I guess six months is a while, but you want to be prepared. I want to be prepared. There's quite a bit there, it just needs some, ah... refining. [ Read: legibility. ] You know, though, I haven't heard a lot of good things about these kinds of places. Obviously, naturally, there's going to be some kind of conflict anywhere, and I can handle bad. I just... I don't think I understand the appeal, I guess.

Anyway, you think it over. Things look good! I just need some focus from you. And I appreciated the Highlander joke, yeah.

Never too early. That's what I learned. They start thinking the second you come in, and then you're like an unscratchable itch.

Heh -- actually, you're right, that's kind of the feeling I'm getting from this. I'm like a rash, I'm really going places.

Absolutely. I think I got to slide ahead a few spaces, thanks to that marathon write last month, but even then, it's... well, kind of a challenge, so far. Particularly in a world so complicated.

My mun-person already has an idea of which game to send me to. Some place where a lot of actions I'll take and the outcomes of those actions will be determined by dice rolls that my mun-person makes, and I'm not sure how I feel about that idea. At least she can't completely control me? Maybe the dice will have mercy on my sanity and give me good numbers to work with in the game. M...aybe.

Huh! So on the one hand, they have no control over how terrible, or not terrible, they want to be, but on the other hand... they have no control over it. That's... both nice and terrifying. Where's that?
