Gunmax, calm down. There's going to be an . . . an incident coming up very soon. An extremely dangerous criminal is going be escaping from prison. He's incredibly powerful even by the Cybertronians' standards, far beyond anything you or I have ever faced yet. It took . . . a lot to take him down and arrest him the first time, from what I'm told. He got Drill Boy . . . Power Joe told me. Drill Boy's fine now, but . . . neither of them are usually at the police headquarters, and if I'm there, it means McCrane probably won't be either. I'm going to be recovered, I already know that, and I'd rather it be me than one of the others.
