Relatively harmless blackmail, yes, but blackmail, nonetheless. Even if only a few people are likely to see that kind of footage. [It's doubtful you'll put it up on your world's equivalent of Youtube because, yeah, that's the royal family you'll be having footage of there. Something that the paparazzi would kill for.]
