why

You know, I appreciate someone willing to step out of their comfort zone and just go for it.. but couldn't you have taken my icons a little more seriously? They're, ah, kind of embarrassing..

I know you spoiled yourself pretty much completely, and I know you're close, but you should probably actually finish the game, too! In the meantime, we can get a little practice in. I'm sure there's plenty of opportunity for us, and I certainly wouldn't mind stretching my legs.

I rather like your icons, Augustine. [They are pretty like you.]

What sort of game is your mundane making you perform?

I don't believe they are. You are a handsome man. Can you not see that, mon ami? [He loves you really. Can you not tell?]

[Lysandre chuckled deeply at that.]

I would have thought your research would keep you up into the small hours of the night. I know how partial you are to all-nighters.

What do you mean, mon ami? [Lysandre placed both hand into the pockets of his trousers and frowned. Why was he so on edge today?]

I thought you know about Team Flare's plans. I want to make the world better, Augustine. A better world for both people and Pokémon. [He can see how upset you are, Augustine. It does upset him too. Lysandre slips a hand onto his friend's shoulder.]

Is there any other way?

I think your mun takes you for a fool, Professor.

Lazy people are horrible. By this point, has that goal been accomplished?
